The studio trades as a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. Below are the full details for issuing an invoice, signing a contract and the paperwork after delivery. If you need a contract or a certificate of completion, write to us and we will send it the same day.

How we handle the paperwork

  • We sign the contract before work starts; the price in it is fixed and does not change along the way.
  • After delivery you get a certificate of completion, which you can use as a record of the expense.
  • The contract can be in English or Ukrainian, whichever you prefer.
  • International clients pay by Stripe in euros or US dollars, or in USDT.
  • No VAT is added to our invoices: we invoice from Ukraine, and VAT-registered UK and EU businesses account for it under the reverse charge.

Requests for a contract, an invoice or a certificate go to hi@code-site.art. The owner answers, not a manager.
