Service agreement

1. The parties

The Contractor is Fedir Alpatov, sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine. Full details:

The Client is any individual or company that has accepted the terms of this agreement.

2. Subject of the agreement

• 2.1. The Contractor provides website development, design and programming services.
• 2.2. The Client accepts and pays for the services provided.

3. How the work is done

• 3.1. The work follows a brief agreed by both parties.
• 3.2. Deadlines are agreed for each project and fixed before work starts.
• 3.3. The domain and hosting are registered in the Client's name, and all access is handed over in full.

4. Payment

• 4.1. The price is set for each project and fixed in the contract before work starts.
• 4.2. Payment follows the agreed schedule; the standard arrangement is a 50% deposit.
• 4.3. Payment methods: bank transfer to the sole proprietor's account, Stripe, USDT.

5. Warranty

• 5.1. The Contractor warrants the delivered product for 1 year from handover.
• 5.2. The warranty covers fixing technical faults and technical support.
• 5.3. New functionality is not covered by the warranty and is quoted separately.

6. Liability

Each party is liable for failing to meet its obligations under the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, in court. Questions about this agreement: hi@code-site.art.
