Poke the booking widget and watch what the clinic sees
On the left, what the patient sees. On the right, what happens that same second in the admin panel, the CRM and Telegram. It is the widget we build into clinic websites.

The order is the real one. This is how the widget behaves on live clinic sites.
Every step is a place where a clinic either wins the patient or loses them. Here is exactly where a template clinic leaks, and what we put there instead.

Added up, a template clinic loses the patient on three hops out of four. We design the site backwards — from the last step to the first.
Patients have to call during business hours. 60% of bookings get lost evenings and weekends. Younger patients don't call at all — they DM your competitors on Instagram, where online booking actually works.

No pricing or doctor photos
Patients don't know who they'll see or what it'll cost. They close your site and head to a competitor that shows it. In 2026, opacity equals lost patients.

03SEO · LOCAL
You're invisible on Google
Competitors in your neighbourhood outrank you on queries like "dentist + neighbourhood" or "clinic + city". 80% of patients never click past the first page of results.

We fix all three at launch — without taking your time.
Efedra Clinic came to us with an outdated site that wasn't generating inquiries. The brief was tricky: rebuild the structure, design, and logic for two business lines under one brand — a dental practice and an aesthetic-medicine studio.

BEFOREEFEDRA · v1 · 2022
A site that doesn't convert
confusing structure — users didn't know where to click
dated design that didn't earn trust
slow page load
a broken multilingual setup
clunky admin — every change required a paid developer
intermittent downtime
no real booking system
Note: an outdated structure and slow load meant most visitors left before booking.
AFTEREFEDRA · v2 · 2025
A site that brings in patients
clear structure built around the user
modern design that builds trust
fast loads <1.5s
proper multilingual setup
easy admin without a developer
stable, no downtime
online booking and inquiry forms
Bonus: two sections (dental and aesthetic) under one brand — focus preserved, with separate lead forms for each line.
Over the past 6 months the clinic site earned 1,460 clicks from Google — versus 340 in the previous half-year, more than a 4× increase. Search impressions grew from 1,820 to 13,000: seven times more people looking for dental and aesthetic-medicine services now see the clinic. More people see the site on Google → more visits → more appointment bookings.
RESULTS AFTER 6 MONTHS
Six months after launch, Efedra Clinic saw a measurable lift in Google inquiries and full control over site content. That's a typical outcome of a clinic website rebuild — going from a 'business card that doesn't book anyone' to an actual tool that brings in patients.
SOLUTION · ARCHITECTURE
How we handled two business lines
The client had two lines: a dental practice and an aesthetic studio. We didn't split them into two sites — that would've been cheaper upfront, but it would've fragmented SEO and doubled long-term support cost.
Instead
●one homepage for the practice as a whole
●two sub-homes: dental and aesthetic
●services, doctors, and content split by line
Which let us
avoid splitting SEO across two domains
skip the traffic loss from 301 redirects
keep the two lines clearly separate for the patient
What you get, shown on a real project
Not just a 'pretty site.' Tools that actually move the patient pipeline — SEO-ready structure, online booking, an admin your team can run without us.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to launch a clinic website?
Starter — 4 weeks, Pro — 6 weeks, Enterprise for a practice network — 8–10 weeks. Deadlines are written into the contract. Every week you get a report with screenshots and the latest build.
How much does a turnkey clinic website cost?
A turnkey clinic website starts at £3,500 (up to 8 pages, online booking, practitioner directory, price list) in 4 weeks. Extended, with a blog, insurance integration and a clinic CRM — from £6,500. Multi-site groups — from £12,000. Everything is included: design, copy, build, launch and a year of support. The sum is fixed in the contract before we start.
What happens to my old site?
Your old site stays up until the new one launches — no traffic gap. We set up 301 redirects from old URLs to new ones, migrate meta tags and Schema markup, and hand over the domain. Google rankings typically hold.
Who writes the content?
We can write everything — we have a copywriter with medical experience and a photographer (priced separately). Or you supply copy and photos and we lay them out. Or hybrid — you give us service descriptions, we rewrite for SEO and the rules medical content has to follow (UK GDPR, the CQC's standards for registered providers, and ASA/MHRA rules on health advertising).
Which medical CRM integrations are supported?
We've worked with SystmOne, EMIS, Dentally, Software of Excellence, Cliniko, HubSpot, and Pipedrive. If your CRM isn't on the list, we wire it up via API or webhooks. Bookings hit your CRM instantly, and the doctor gets a WhatsApp notification.
