This offer is a public proposal by Fedir Alpatov, sole proprietor (the “Contractor”), to enter into an agreement for website development services on the terms below.
1. General provisions
- 1.1. This offer sets out the terms for website development services.
- 1.2. The offer is accepted by paying for the services or by signing the agreement.
2. Subject of the agreement
- 2.1. The Contractor undertakes to develop a website in line with the brief.
- 2.2. The Client undertakes to accept and pay for the services.
3. Price and payment
- 3.1. The price is set for each project and fixed before work starts.
- 3.2. Payment is made on the terms of the agreement.
4. Rights and obligations
- 4.1. The Contractor undertakes to complete the work within the agreed deadlines.
- 4.2. The Client undertakes to provide the information and materials needed.
5. Liability
Each party is liable for failing to meet its obligations under the laws of Ukraine. The full terms of work are in the service agreement; company details are on the company details page.
