Kondor Device — e-commerce site for a Ukrainian gaming-peripherals brand
Kondor Device is a Ukrainian brand of mechanical keyboards, mice, gaming surfaces, and keycaps. We built a full e-commerce site with catalog, product cards, cart, and checkout, built around a short path from first contact to purchase. After launch it became one of the brand's main sales channels and lifted revenue. The work grew past the site: we now design the product packaging for the mice, keyboards, and other devices, on an ongoing basis.

What was
Kondor Device is a product brand with its own device lineup and an audience that compares models, reads specs, and looks for specific solutions. Without a real e-commerce site, the brand couldn't convert that interest into sales.

What we did
We built an e-commerce site on Next.js + Sanity CMS with a full storefront structure. Every block does one job: help the user find a product, compare options, and place an order.
- Built an e-commerce site for a gaming brand from scratch
- Built the homepage as a sales funnel: from the first screen to the catalog to the order button
- Built the catalog across 8 product categories with "New," "Bestseller," and "Deal" badges
- Built product cards with a photo gallery, price, discount, and an accordion for specs and box contents
- Added an "Order now" button right on the product card — no extra hops
- Built the cart and the full on-site checkout flow
- Supported multiple payment options, including online checkout
- Added a benefits block on the homepage: warranty, same-day shipping, pay-on-delivery
- Wired up Sanity CMS — the brand's team runs the catalog and updates products themselves
- The site build was the start of a broader relationship with the brand: we're designing product packaging for the mice, keyboards, and other devices in parallel, and the work continues on an ongoing basis
Result after the site launched
After launch the site became a real sales channel for Kondor Device. The brand got more than a storefront — an e-commerce tool that walks the user from first contact with the product to a placed order. With a clear catalog structure, detailed product cards, and a short path to purchase, sales rose noticeably — the site directly moved the brand's commercial numbers.
